Instead of two American pouches, I pop one of these in and get the same effect. Actually, not really. When I pop ONE of these in, I feel that buzz that I used to get when I first started using tobacco products. On top of that, these have a nice, fresh flavor. I can't quite describe it as mint because it's not that strong. I think "frosted" describes the flavor quite nicely, as it's fresh, but not quite the same as that dominant mint flavor you taste when you use General Mint white portions. Excellent nicotine content and subtle, fresh flavor is what you get with these. Also, they are not white portions, so they have more of a moist texture which I personally prefer. Great product.
