Massachusetts is back

Since the PACT Act took effect in June of this year, we have been unable to sell to customers in Massachusetts because there were no procedures in place for us to follow in complying with the new federal law. Today, however, we received clearance to start selling to our Massachusetts customers again. We have submitted our registration information to the state and are able to collect and pay taxes on tobacco products we sell online to customers in Massachusetts.

New support ticket system in place

We have moved to a new and better managed ticket system. All the old queries from the existing system have been imported to this new system so don't worry about your existing query not being answered. 

Canada orders - now from Swedish Warehouse

We have returned to our policy of shipping the bulk of our Canadian orders from the Swedish warehouse. All the usual products will now be shipped from Sweden while the US only brands will continue to be shipped from the US.

Missing Tax Information

You can order tobacco free products to the US again. The problem we had with missing tax information on tobacco free products to USA is fixed now.

Order History - Update

There is now a link under "Personal" -> "Orders" which will allow you to view orders placed before June 23rd.

Low Tax Brands in the USA

Due to the way US State taxes are structured, some brands will be taxed higher than others. The brands we recommend from a taxation standpoint are Gotlandssnus, Jakobsson's, Thunder and Offroad. These brands will only cost our US customers a fraction more than they did before.

PACT Act and FDA Regulations in the USA

We have now implemented the changes needed for us to be compliant with the PACT Act and the new FDA regulations. You can read more about these changes here.

Promotional Merchandise to US customers

Due to upcoming legislation in the USA we can no longer ship any promotional merchandise (such as t-shirts and other promotional products) to our customers based in the USA. However, you will still be able to cash in your bonus points for snus.

Important notice on Product Removal at checkout

Since the importation of existing customer data from the old system to the new we have discovered that your State location may not have been imported correctly. This is why certain customers are experiencing problems completing their order. Please remove your current address from your profile and simply write it again during the check out stage. This should rectify the problem.

Site Changes - Please Read

We've made some changes to the site and the back end system and for our existing customers there will be some minor changes.

1) You cannot access your order history online.

2) This new system requires a password of atleast 6 characters. So if your existing password is less than 6 characters you will need to add 0's (zeros) at the end to make it 6 characters long. E.g if old password was 'dog', then your new password is 'dog000', if your old password was 'test' then your new password is 'test00'.
